Florida's Full Spectrum Doula Services
Postpartum Doula
Daytime and overnight newborn care, recovery support, feeding guidance, and family adjustment.

A postpartum doula cares for the whole household after birth. She protects your sleep, steadies your recovery, and normalizes the messy, tender early weeks — especially important in Florida, where many families live far from extended family.
What this doula does
- Daytime shifts: newborn care, meals, light tidying, sibling support
- Overnight shifts so you can get consolidated sleep
- Feeding support — breast, bottle, pumping, or combination — without agenda
- Watching for signs of postpartum mood concerns and connecting you to care
- Practical teaching: soothing, bathing, babywearing, safe sleep
- Support with recovery basics: hydration, nutrition, gentle movement, rest
When families reach out
- • Book during pregnancy for the first six to twelve weeks after birth
- • Especially valuable with twins, a cesarean recovery, or no local family nearby
- • Many families add shifts later when partner leave ends
Is this a good fit?
You want hands-on help at home so recovery and bonding don't compete with laundry, meals, and sleeplessness.
