Florida's Full Spectrum Doula Services
Antepartum Doula
Support during high-risk or medically complex pregnancies with education, comfort measures, emotional care, and preparation for birth.

An antepartum doula supports pregnancy itself — particularly when it is complicated, restricted, or frightening. If you are on activity restriction, managing hyperemesis, or navigating a high-risk diagnosis, she is the person who makes the long middle stretch survivable.
What this doula does
- Regular in-home or virtual visits during bed rest or activity restriction
- Practical household and sibling support while you are unable to be up
- Emotional support through appointments, testing, and difficult news
- Help preparing questions for MFM, OB, or midwifery appointments
- Comfort measures for nausea, pain, swelling, and sleep disruption
- Birth preparation that accounts for your actual medical picture
When families reach out
- • As soon as restrictions or a high-risk diagnosis enters the picture
- • Also common in early pregnancy with severe nausea or previous loss
Is this a good fit?
Your pregnancy needs care and company, not just a plan for the day you deliver.
