I provide compassionate, evidence-based labor and postpartum support to help families feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout their birth journey. My practice focuses on emotional support, physical comfort measures, advocacy, and education before, during, and after birth.
I believe every family deserves to feel heard and supported, whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, cesarean birth, or VBAC. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging environment where you feel empowered to make the choices that are right for you.
I also offer postpartum support to help families adjust during those first days and weeks, providing guidance, encouragement, and practical assistance as you recover and bond with your baby. Every birth is unique, and I'm honored to walk alongside families during this special season.
